Either way, it's perfectly okay. We can work through this together. Building trust is paramount, so I'd like to introduce myself.


My professional journey has predominantly been within academic and corporate roles spanning various industries and countries. I understand firsthand the pressures, anxieties, burnout, and stress that can accompany such experiences. My personal experiences led me to become a mental health professional and a compassionate coach. All courses you will find on this website are written with you in mind and based on science and my lived experiences.
 

My training encompasses education, management, counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP, and coaching. While I may not possess all the answers, I am here to guide you in discovering the answers within yourself.
