My professional journey has predominantly been within academic and corporate roles spanning various industries and countries. I understand firsthand the pressures, anxieties, burnout, and stress that can accompany such experiences. My personal experiences led me to become a mental health professional and a compassionate coach. All courses you will find on this website are written with you in mind and based on science and my lived experiences.
